Which grind is right for me?

The grind determines how finely the coffee is ground. Every coffee machine needs a different one. We are happy to grind it for you:

  • Whole beans

for bean-to-cup machines and your own grinder – stays fresh the longest

  • Ground for espresso machines

very fine, for espresso machines with a portafilter

  • Ground for filter

medium, for filter coffee and drip coffee makers

  • Ground for moka pot

fine, for the classic stovetop pot

Roasted coffee beans in the roasting drum

Our special roasting

We roast in a classic drum – a rotating cylinder in which the beans are heated evenly.

The difference: we roast slowly and at a gentle heat. This takes up to three times longer than in large roasteries. In return, the beans develop more aroma and less bitterness.

We monitor every roast by hand and taste the result ourselves. Only when we like it does the coffee go into the pack.
