We are a small coffee roastery in Rheinfelden near Basel. Our goal: coffee that tastes so good you look forward to every cup.
Our story
It all started with a small roasting machine and a lot of curiosity. We wanted to know why coffee from a small roastery tastes so much better than coffee from the supermarket.
The answer: time. Large roasteries often roast in just a few minutes at very high heat. We give the beans up to 20 minutes. This makes the coffee aromatic, mild and easy to digest.
Today we roast fresh every day for coffee lovers in Basel, in the region and throughout Switzerland.
